"We are new to the world of RV'ing and we were having trouble with our Black Tank. We tried everything we knew to get that thing to drain. We called around town to try to find someone who could come out and help. Everyone we called told us that there would be a 7-10 day wait because the were completely booked up. The KOA we were staying at (Point South, which was excellent) gave us his name and number, he answered and was out in just a few hours. The problem was simple, (really simple and he did not make us fill like idiots). He is very knowledgeable as well and showed us how to take care of our RV to avoid any further issues. We talked for over about 30 mins. My wife and I do consulting work for organizations and we are constantly telling our clients that "CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS"!!! He gave us a time he would be there, called when he was in route and delivered excellent service... If you have any issue with your RV I encourage you to bypass all of the others and CALL Ronnie Sandifer First! You won't be disappointed!
